Leo would not accept being unable to board Terra Venture and join the quest for a new world. This young adventurer snuck aboard the station, determined to see what was out there. He got more than he bargained for when he encountered Maya while on a training mission. After Mike and Kendrix walked through the portal to Mirinoi, Leo went against his brother's wishes and followed them in. As they battled Furio, Mike fell into a chasm, and passed the Red Quasar Saber to Leo as he tried to save him. In his brother's memory, Leo tries to be the best Red Ranger he can be, a warrior that would make his brother proud. Leo uses the power of fire as the Red Ranger, and he commands the Lion Galactazord. Leo currently resides on Mirinoi along with the rest of Terra Venture's inhabitants. He gave up his powers when he placed his Quasar Saber back into the stone to restore Maya's tribe.
When Triskull and his ghouls invaded Mirinoi, Leo took on the mantle of Red Ranger once more, and followed him to Earth, where he helped the Lightspeed Rangers defeat him and Trakeena. When Machine Empire forces unearthed Serpentera to destroy Earth, Leo teamed up with 9 other Red Rangers and travelled to the moon to stop them.

Kai Chen

Ranger Designation: Blue Galaxy Ranger

Gear: Transmorpher, Blue Jet Jammer, Blue Astro Cycle, Lights of Orion Armor
Zords: Gorilla Galactazord

Kai is a soldier working aboard Terra Venture, who seems very protective of Kendrix. When his teammates left for Mirinoi to help Maya, he decided to go after them, and brought with him Damon and the Megaship. He obtained his Ranger powers when he pulled the Blue Quasar Saber from the stone. Kai is a true soldier, he is straight laced, and does things by the book. He often disapproves of Leo's brash behavior, but he undoubtedly admires his heart and courage. As Blue Ranger, Kai harnesses the power of water, and controls the Gorilla Galactazord. Kai currently resides on Mirinoi along with the rest of Terra Venture's inhabitants. He gave up his powers when he placed his Quasar Saber back into the stone to restore Maya's tribe. Kai pulled the Saber out of the stone once more to join the Galaxy Rangers on Earth in battling Trakeena.

Damon Henderson

Zords: Condor Galactazord

Damon is the Astro Megaship's mechanic. He worked on it while it was a museum, and flew it into space to save the other Rangers when Kai came and attempted to commandeer it. Damon is good natured and friendly, and loves to kid around. He is quick to cheer up anyone around him who seems to be down. He takes pride in his extensive knowledge of the Astro Megaship, which has proven to be an invaluable asset to the team. Transformed into the Green Ranger, Damon utilizes the power of wind, and pilots the Condor Galactazord. Damon currently resides on Mirinoi along with the rest of Terra Venture's inhabitants. He gave up his powers when he placed his Quasar Saber back into the stone to restore Maya's tribe. Damon became Green Ranger once more when Trakeena threatened Earth, and travelled there to assist the Lightspeed Rangers alongside the rest of the team.

Maya

Zords: Wolf Galactazord

Maya is a native of the planet Mirinoi. She found the other Rangers from Terra Venture on the moon when she passed a rift in space. They earned her trust when they defended her from the Sting Wingers that had followed her, and returned with her to Mirinoi to help her people. As a Ranger, Maya is living out her dream. Since she was a child, she has known of the legendary Quasar Sabers and the prophecy of the chosen ones harnessing their powers. Maya is a very peaceful and cheerful person, with a great respect for nature and other people. As the Yellow Ranger, she wields the power of lightning, and commands the Wolf Galactazord. She returned to her home planet Mirinoi, where she lives along with the rest of the team and Terra Venture's inhabitants. She gave up her powers by placing her Quasar Saber back into the stone to restore her tribe, which had been turned into stone. When Trakeena appeared on Earth, Maya returned to action with the rest of the team, and helped the Lightspeed Rangers destroy her.

Kendrix Morgan

Brainy beauty Kendrix was a scientist working at Terra Venture's GSA Division. She first met Leo when he accidentally knocked her down avoiding capture on Terra Venture. Kendrix was very intellectual and had a great thirst for knowledge of the universe. She dreamed of the day when Terra Venture finally finds a new world for humans to populate. Kendrix became the Pink Ranger when she pulled the Pink Quasar Saber from a stone on the planet Mirinoi. When Psycho Pink created an energy storm that threatened to destroy Terra Venture, Kendrix sacrificed her life to stop it. Her Quasar Saber was retrieved from the hands of evil by Karone, the former princess of evil Astronema, who used it to transform into the new Pink Ranger after Kendrix's spirit asked her to. The power of nature lay within Kendrix when she transformed into the Pink Ranger, and her Zord was the Wildcat Galactazord. Kendrix currently resides on Mirinoi along with the rest of Terra Venture's inhabitants. She was brought back to life when the Rangers placed the Quasar Sabers back into the stone, and resumed her role as Pink Ranger for one adventure when the Galaxy Rangers travelled to Earth to help the Lightspeed Rangers defeat Trakeena.

Mike Corbett

Full Name: Mike Corbett
Ranger Designation: Magna Defender

Mike is Leo's older brother, and a soldier on Terra Venture. Along with the rest of the team, he stepped through a portal to the planet Mirinoi, where he fought Furio and his soldiers as they tried to steal the legendary Quasar Sabers. He initially pulls the Red Quasar Saber from the stone, but passes it on to Leo just before falling into a chasm on Mirinoi. He was saved from the fall by Magna Defender, who had been lying there injured for 3,000 years after a battle with Treacheron. Magna Defender absorbed Mike into himself to become strong enough to escape. He then set out on a quest for vengeance against Scorpius, who had killed his son Zika. He would stop at nothing to destroy Scorpius, many times knowingly placing Terra Venture and its inhabitants in danger. Mike's spirit would try to persuade this once honorable warrior to let his vengeance go and do good for others. It was the appearance of Zika's spirit that finally convinced Magna Defender to perform a good deed, and he sacrificed his life to save Terra Venture. With Magna Defender dead, Mike had been freed, and reunited with his friends. Using Magna Defender's sword, Mike carries on the legend by transforming into the new Magna Defender. Mike's powers were lost when he and Torozord held a rift in space open long enough for Terra Venture to escape the Lost Galaxy. He currently resides on Mirinoi along with the rest of the inhabitants of Terra Venture.
